After a big rally we may expect NIFTY to pause a bit and it has halted its run since 2 days. However i do not recommend to go short but it may test our intermediate zone. For resumption of an uptrend it is important to sustain above our intraday zones.

MARKET VIEW

Nifty ended below our intraday support zone after a big fall from high. However there is no reason to go short in a bull trend. If NIFTY looks to break below today's low and sustains then we might see our intermediate support zone come into play.

We have exited 60 percent of our holdings from BAJA AUTO today at a price of 3127 which was bought at 3001. Profit of 4.20 percent. We keep 40 percent for longer horizon.

Nifty has been in a range formed since past 3 to 4 trading sessions. But we observe that market bounced back from previously mentioned intraday levels. 

STOCK RECOMMENDATION

BRITANNIA looks well poised to shoot up one can look to buy at CMP or at 3578 whichever is lower. Keep EMA 200 as a stop loss and hold positions for longer period. Exit will be announed on EOD basis once triggered.

MARKET VIEW : We observed that how well NIFTY has resisted to go up twice today above our intermediate levels but failed to do so. Which means for a short term we are in bearish mode. We expect this bearishness to continue till we make up to the mentioned Long term support as of today. Levels do keep changing everyday. If market stays within range it may hold in a range for a long till our long term support catches up with the price. This is also known as time wise correction.
